"Designs for the Seasons of Life" Specializing in interiors for senior care communities including independent living, assisted living and specialized care (dementia and skilled care) with a residential appearance. My portfolio includes over 60 senior care communties including remodels and new construction located in Arizona,California, Nevada, Oregon, Colorado, Washington, Rhode Island,and Canada. Incorporating resident needs, operational requirements, maintenance functions, marketing strategy and family focus are just a few requirements that are researched as we begin our design process. My graduate studies in gerontology have assisted me to fully understand the requirements for our seniors to enable them to have their social, psycological and physical needs met within their environment. Full service design including working drawings, specification of finishes and furnishings, procurement and installation.

Typically a project will require two contractual agreements one to complete the design process and the second for the procurement of the furnishing, accessories, artwork etc. The price is based upon the client budget and overall scope of services and how much time it will take to implement and complete the design process.
