This project won The Energy Star Award, the first one to do so in Puerto Rico.

A sculptural signage tower connects the community through a 24 hour glass technology "Bridge" to the greeter zone, directory, community wall and self help kiosk areas.  Beyond "Main Street" are the offices, MSR's and teller back wall.  These are boutique-like suggesting an architectural metaphor to an outdoor marketplace.  Marquis signage and overhead canopies reinforce this feeling. 17,000 sq ft

- Create a strong utilitiarian facility, not an opulent building.

A revamped Children's room set up for their favorite color: Purple

An intimately 850 square-foot redwood, beach cottage built in 1948 stood on the site under a dense grove of eucalyptus trees. Programmatically, the owners wished for 2,500 square-foot living space for a family of four. The design evolved into a compound of structures in which the original cottage is connected to a separate, new structure suspended by a bridge above a central courtyard. The bridge became the meditating element between the old and the new. The original cottage contains living spaces, while the new structure contains living spaces such as the kitchen and dining room.

The team at DeVance AV Design, Inc. has collaborated with various synergistic partners in order to create a one-of-a-kind ‘Experience Center’ in the North Dallas corridor. This, one of a kind, Boutique Electronic Lifestyle facility has quickly become a savvy social and entertaining environment. Visitors and guests are dazzled by a plethora of custom electronic selections, incorporated into the latest technology in a cozy, yet high-end residential-style environment.
