Remodel

The initial scope of this project was to work with the existing footprint of the main floor, create a new color palette, develop furniture selections and layout. The ultimate goal: a clean, timeless and elegant space that takes advantage of the spectacular view of Elliott Bay and downtown Seattle.

Set back in Capitol Hill this glowing residence is a tangible tribute to the client’s love of and deep connection to Italy. Treasures collected during frequent Italian sojourns enhance every room.

This beautiful English Tudor style home was built in 1929. It is uniquely situated on its lot in that it is set well below street level which adds to the sense of privacy of its setting. This home has many delightful details original to its 1929 origins, including leaded and stained glass windows.

This much-loved family home was in need of a major freshening up. The goal was to create better flow, adding visibility from room-to-room and to catch additional natural light in each space.
