Maureen brings a diverse array of skills, experiences, and high energy to ASID. Her commitments and interests span from years of work in the private and nonprofit sectors. Maureen has founded two successful businesses – a nonprofit organization serving underprivileged children in sports and academics and a firm specializing in design and branding. Maureen is dedicated to her family and friends, community work, and several pastimes which include tennis, travel, running, golf, skiing, sailing, cooking, and art.

Having graduated from the University of Michigan, Maureen began work at a Boston-based international architectural firm. She later moved to Burlington, Vermont where she raised her two magnificent daughters who now live in Italy and NYC/London.

In 2018 Maureen moved to Washington, DC. Her previous commitments have been with American University, WAMU/NPR, Susan Gage Catering & Events, and Jung l Brannen TRO Architects, to name a few. Maureen has also served as Director of Vermont Dream Project, Inc., as the Youth Services Chair for Rotary International, and on the Board of Directors for the United States Tennis Association NE.
