This master bath in Montvale was renovated and updated to give its owners a spa retreat in their home. Because they were working with an existing space and wanted to keep the large picture window, which is technically off center on the outside wall, the designers had to make some adjustments. An authentic spa-like setting embodies serenity, balance and a calm energy.
The appearance of the stacked stone in the shower and on the opposite wall creates its own harmony, as does the use of Jerusalem gold stone on the floor and in the shower. The bathroom features his and hers showerheads and shower controls, as well as his and hers vanities, which are free-floating "so that the room was not overwhelmed with furniture. Designers also brought radiant heat under the shower floor and shower seat, providing a true luxury spa treatment.

When designing the layout for their kitchen remodel, our clients insisted upon achieving a “contemporary look and feel” that creates a unique presence throughout the rest of the house without compromising the warmth of the home. The client wanted an everyday kitchen but with a exceptional eco-friendly feel. / Bamboo Bliss
