Welcome to PK Studios' office building.
Our firm’s modern style is apparent from the moment you enter the building. The two story focal point elevator shaft is treated with a custom designed glass panel system on stand-offs next to polished concrete stairs and custom stainless steel metal railing.
Much of the layout was configured with items from our last office space, reusing lighting, millwork, glass doors, sub zero equipment and furniture. Local reuse and repurpose was a large part of the green theme repeated in this project. Local artisans were used to fabricate custom railings and metal base boards. Selections were based on their environmental and recycled qualities as well as life cycle and maintenance.

This private residence was a joint venture between the architects and interior design studios. Our mission was not only to design a beautiful home and interior, but to create a detailed and harmonious environment based on the client's lifestyle and needs. In this Rotunda/Dining Room rounded flooring, ceiling beams and cabeinetry were designed to allow flow around the client's artwork, table and chairs.

This kitchen design is part of a new build custom home that our architectural and interior design studios worked on together (creating a coordinated project with less issues).
The clients wanted an elegant home where they can live out their advanced years, so it was important while designing the flow and spaces, to also keep in mind “aging in place” principals. Some, of these principals used (but not limited to) were: wider spaces between the custom cabinets, multiple workspaces with varying countertop heights and some with pull-out work surfaces, all lower cabinets designed with roll-out shelves and easy to reach hidden outlets.

At the entry this Fitness/Spa facility the reception directs the visitors down the main corridor which serves as entry to The Fitness, The Spa and The Men’s and Women’s Lockers/Sauna/Steam rooms (with exterior doors to the pool/tennis). The placement of the custom cabinetry in the main corridor is planned for retail sales and a towel/water station as you get closer to the fitness area. / Fitness / Spa
The 42,000 SF Hospice Facility (LEED Silver Accredited) in Lehigh, FL is setting new standards in patient and family care. The owners, Hope Hospice are very committed to providing the right atmosphere, care and dignity of each and every patient. Not only do the furniture, fabrics, artwork and finishes all work together to provide a comfortable, peaceful space for all to enjoy, but they are also selected for their durability and sustainability.
No detail was forgotten in this faculty and even the smallest spaces like the Spa Room shown is designed to provide a pleasant experience with its wall and ceiling mural. The vanishing point of the mural was determined per the motorized bath so that the person in the tub feels as they are floating in a much larger body of water. The caregiver can add music and adjust the lighting to further help transport each patient to that special place they hold in their memories.
