This familyroom is a warm and inviting area that this Placentia California family enjoys daily. It is not very large so our challenge was making it feel larger than it actually is and creating a space that the family uses and enjoys every day! / Familyroom Makeover

Placentia, California / Guest Bath

This home was totally remodeled in 2005. Everything from the cabinets to the bathtubs were removed and we started over. This is a photo of the new kitchen. The space is not as large as the homeowner would have liked but we worked to make it as classy and functional as we could. The window behind the sink has a beautiful view of a Golf Course. / Kitchen Remodel

A small room for a young man who seldom returns home is made warm and welcoming with a built-in bed and hidden shelves to hold a small tv and other necessities. / Adam's Room
