This is an ideal master bath
This is an ideal master bath has a walk-in shower, soaking tub, double vanities and double water closets. With a floor of neutral natural tiles and antique white custom cabinetry, the fresh blue- green walls and fabrics provide just enough color along with the marsh reflections which can be seen in the mirrored cabinetry. Custom silver leafed light fixtures mimic the X-pattern found in the cabinetry design as well as in other architectural features throughout the house.

This Kiawah living room
This Kiawah living room provides plush textures and sophisticated elegance, echoing the soft hues of the marsh view surrounding. Grey- green walls become neutral with the bold blues and greens found in the art, accessories and fabric. Two large scale contemporary original oil paintings by Scott Upton give the room an inviting and soothing atmosphere. Custom upholstery sits atop a silk and wool hand-woven rug, alongside a custom Formations coffee table of wrought iron and vein-cut travertine. Mirrored and ceruse wood lamps provide interest and luster on custom end tables.

The study of this Kiawah home doubles as a bedroom when guests arrive with a sofabed and custom- designed mirrored coffee that table easily rolls away for guestroom use, with hidden wheels at the base. Custom cabinet with an inlaid design has sliding doors and pull-out shelves for computer equipment, hidden behind frosted glass doors. A leather swivel chair from A. Rudin, polished steel Porta Romana lamp, and custom desk complete the look of this room while keeping it both elegant and functional.
