NCIDQ's Continuing Education Registry Forms:
Formerly known as CE Tracking is a database that tracks individual participation in approved CE courses. The CE Registry is an optional service that many interior designers find useful as a way to consolidate all their CE information in one place. CE Registry transcripts are accepted by regulatory boards and professional associations as evidence that all listed courses are IDCEC accredited and have been successfully completed.
As many designers take advantage of this optional service, ASID chapters are encouraged to give participants the NCIDQ CE Participant Form. Interior designers may use this form to add an IDCEC-approved continuing education course to their NCIDQ CE transcript. This form can be collected by the chapter or CE Provider/Presenter at the end of the course and submitted in one bulk packet to NCIDQ for processing. The CE Registry Provider/Presenter Form should be submitted as the cover sheet when sending in a bulk group of forms. The chapter or CE Provider can pay the recording fee of $12 each on behalf of each participant using the NCIDQ CE Registry or you may require that their forms are submitted with check or credit card payment payable directly to NCIDQ. You may also decide not to submit the forms as one class set and rather, allow each participant to send their own CE Registry Participant form and recording fee to NCIDQ directly by mail.
